Refund policy
At Vibe-Kart, every product is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- You received the wrong item or wrong size
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
- Custom or personalized print-on-demand products that are not defective
HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST
Email us at support@vibe-kart.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Damage , defective or replacement or even exchange products will be delivered in 7-10 days .
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is sent to production, cancellations are not possible.
